Hexcaps was founded with the idea of creating both a successful brand and a community.

Hexcaps as a business is run by Akira Garrett, a 19-year-old Mountain biker and Entrepreneur from Brisbane, Australia. Most notable for his social media personality 'MTBAKIRA'. Akira has been active within the MTB space since 2016.

His vision for Hexcaps is to grow the business to the point where he can support riders and their dreams, support his friends and make sure everyone loves their bikes

"As someone who used to / still gets excited from getting stickers and small items from brands, I always loved bike customisation. I know it's tough to buy things in MTB too, everything is so expensive! So I wanted to make a place where you can make your bike yours!"

The Hexcaps team consists of multiple people whose goals align with building a successful brand, we appreciate all the support :)

    Meet George, an up-and-coming slopestyle rider you absolutely must watch. His continually expanding bag of tricks and the impressive kicker he's got in his backyard make it clear that he'll be making a splash on slopestyle courses throughout Australia very soon.

    Our in house freerider and owner of Daycare (His compound), you'll never find Heath without some steez and a smile on his face. He absolutely kills it!

    Chads one of our all round but specifically DH racing riders, coming on trips with Hexcaps to film and all, he's super sick to be around and just as sick on the bike!
