Cancellation policy

Orders may be cancelled before fulfilment by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to our Returns Policy.

Pre-orders may be cancelled before fulfilment unless the product page clearly states that the item is custom-made, personalised or otherwise non-cancellable. Any approved cancellation will be refunded to the original payment method.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your customer account or by contacting us. Cancellation applies to future orders and will not cancel an order that has already been processed or charged.
