BUYER AWARE BEFORE PURCHASE: These caps are UV Printed, meaning they have been printed on with ink. If scratched or disturbed, these caps can and will peel.
How to take care of the cap if peeling (Optional and at customers risk): Depending on the damage done, if low amount of peeling, try a primer or a clearcoat over the cap, this will keep the cap sealed and stop any further damage. (This information is nearly care advice, not a solid guide but a suggestion, so please do this at your own risk.)

What Else You Need To Know?
Instructions for Installation
BE AWARE OVERTIGHTING MAY LEAD TO THE CAP SNAPPING!
To swap your top cap out effectively, loosen the pinch bolts on your stem before taking apart your cap. Then loosen the headset top cap.
Replace top cap and tighten the top cap on, your top cap acts as a compression mechanism to ensure your headset is tight before your stem clamps it all together, therefore it is unnecessary to over torque this bolt. Generally 3-4nm will be perfect for tightening your top cap, If you don’t have access to a torque wrench a good gauge is to tighten the top cap until you can’t rotate the spacers under your stem with your fingers. Then tighten your stems pinch bolts and your ready to ride!
Who do you use for shipping?
We use either Sendle or Auspost. Depending where your located will depend which we use! Either way your order will get to you within a week around Australia and 1-3 days if your in Brisbane :)
Will my cap come with a bolt?
Yes! Unlike competitors, we offer bolts with every Top cap, meaning you won't need to worry about sourcing one or paying more!
Will this fit my bike?
Most of our store items are universal MTB parts, meaning if you have a Mountain bike, were 93.5% sure it'll fit! If not, let us know and we can figure something out for you.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries! Feel free to email us if your country isn't listed and we will find a way to get you HEXCAPS!
What is your return/exchange policy?
We don't formally offer a return policy, but if you really unsure about your purchase, we are here to help, please feel free to email us and we will try our best to help you out!
